Harry Potter Studio Tour

It was my birthday on Wednesday, so my boyfriend and I went to the Harry Potter Studios in North London. It was really cool. Actually it was amazing seeing all the stuff behind the scenes. I don't want to reveal too much, in case you haven't been but want to go at some point (you should!), but it was crazy seeing what they did. I can't remember the actual number, but now thinking back to what we saw, they must have had thousands of people working on the set for years! It seems almost unreal now thinking about what (+ how) they created for the movies.
You're not allowed to use a 'professional' camera unless you call them up beforehand (which I didn't do, cause our trip was really spontaneous), so I just used my phone's camera.
I'd be happy to tell you more about it (there's a lot to tell) if you want to know (let me know in the comments), but can totally understand if you don't want the 'secret' spoiled. ;)

  1. Oh wow, this looks like so much fun, I'm a little jealous!
By the way, Happy belated birthday! You obviously had a pretty great day!

  2. Happy (late) birthday Helena! We were born almost on the same day (mine was on 26). Another Taurus here! :)

  3. Hi Helena! I was lucky enough to visit the studio with my best friend back in February this year, and I'm wondering what you mean by "professional camera"? Gaby and I brought our DSLRs and were able to use them without any problems - perhaps they relaxed the rules? Either way, your pictures are amazing, as usual! :)

    1. Oh that's good to hear - they might have relaxed their rules. :) I hope you enjoyed your visit!
